The weeds were getting quite high in one of our enclosed garden areas, which I will not be planting this year. So I started up my weed-eater and cut the entire weed forest down leaving only 2 to 3 inch stumps. I returned to the fallen weed forest the next day to store some wire tomato supports there. It was not until then that I discovered a small Wren's nest right there amongst the debris. And yes there were five colourful eggs in the nest...all were still intact.
